You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and labels still attached.

SECTION 2 – HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Starting a return is simple:

Step 1: Contact us
Send an email to info@viviancaroline-savannah.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our customer care team will review your request and send you the correct return instructions.

Step 2: Send your package
Once you have received the return instructions, you can send the item back to us.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, so we can make sure your return is handled properly.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, so your package can be safely followed during transit.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

SECTION 3 – CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that you may sometimes change your mind.

Because orders are processed shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed once it has been submitted.

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

SECTION 4 – IMPORTANT NOTES

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or returned outside of our policy may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away at info@viviancaroline-savannah.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue was caused by an error on our part, we will make it right.
